Who collects and holds your information
Your TMP Designer Limited collects and holds the personal information described here. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, email designer@yourtmp.co.nz. This is also the address to use if you need our current physical or postal service address.
What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, company, email address, phone number, work location, council or road controlling authority, work type, dates, urgency, existing CAR or worksite details, project description and the files you upload. Uploaded files may contain plans, photos, sketches, comments or other project information. Our hosting and security systems may also process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps.
Why we collect it
We use this information to assess and respond to your request, prepare quotes, determine what TMP, CAR, WAP, amendment or related support may be needed, deliver agreed services, keep necessary business records, protect the website from misuse, and meet legal or regulatory requirements. Providing information through the form is voluntary. If required contact, location or project information is not provided, we may not be able to assess or respond to the request.
Project files and form delivery
The website temporarily processes uploaded files so they can be delivered with your enquiry to our business email. The hardened form does not keep a separate public-webserver archive of submissions or attachments. Please remove or obscure unrelated personal, commercially sensitive or security-sensitive information before uploading. If email delivery fails, the website will show an error and will not claim that the request was sent.
Who may receive it
Information is available to authorised Your TMP Designer personnel and to service providers that support our website hosting, security, email, analytics or business systems where they need it to provide those services. Project information may also be shared with relevant project parties or authorities where this is necessary to perform work you have requested and is consistent with the purpose for which the information was provided. We may disclose information where you authorise us or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
Website measurement
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. Analytics may process device and online identifiers, approximate location, page views, referral information and interaction events under Google's terms. You can limit analytics through browser settings or suitable blocking tools.
Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure. Information may be processed by hosting, email or analytics providers in New Zealand or overseas. We retain enquiries, files and project correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which they were collected, our business records, dispute handling, or legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise them where practical.
Access and correction
You may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access to it or correction of it by emailing designer@yourtmp.co.nz. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You may also raise a concern with the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

We may update this policy when our services, systems or legal obligations change. The current version will be published here with its effective date.
